1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PortfoliOOo’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by PortfoliOOo (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
PortfoliOOo provides a professional workspace for profiles, discovery of opportunities, messaging, and related productivity features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. User content and conduct
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service. You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. Hiring, freelance, and third parties
The Service may help you discover people and opportunities. We are not a party to contracts you make with other users. You are solely responsible for interviews, scope, payments outside the platform, and compliance with employment and tax rules in your region.
6. Paid features and billing
Some features may require payment. Where payments are enabled, they may be processed by third-party providers (for example Razorpay). Fees, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown at purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, payments are generally non-refundable; if you believe a charge is in error, contact support promptly with details. Statutory withdrawal or refund rights in your country may still apply.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that AI-assisted or automated features will always be accurate or complete. You use such features at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity you contract with, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
