1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PortfoliOOo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PortfoliOOo provides a platform for creative professionals and companies to connect, showcase work, and find opportunities. This includes features like dynamic portfolios, role-specific feeds, smart matching, and direct messaging.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including your profile information, portfolio items, posts, and messages ("User Content"). You agree not to post User Content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• infringes any third party's intellectual property rights;
• contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any User Content for any reason.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions. Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the billing period and will not auto-renew unless specified. No refunds are provided for subscription cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PortfoliOOo and its licensors. You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall PortfoliOOo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
