Choosing Your Role

Your primary role determines your default experience on the platform. You can always add more roles later in your settings.

The Four Roles:

• Professional: If you're looking for full-time or part-time job opportunities. You can post "Intro" posts to get noticed by recruiters.
• Freelancer: If you offer your services on a project basis. You can post "Proposals" to showcase your services to potential clients.
• Recruiter: If your goal is to hire talent for a company. You can post job openings and browse professionals.
• Client: If you're looking to hire freelancers for specific projects. You can post gig requirements and find skilled freelancers.
